• User ko registration/login ke time correct name, mobile number, email and account details deni hongi.
• Account password, OTP, login session and enrolled course access ki security user ki responsibility hai.
• Course videos, PDFs, notes, lessons, live class links, recordings, quizzes, resources and certificates sirf enrolled user ke personal learning use ke liye hain.
• Account sharing, content resale, screen recording, copying, downloading, public uploading, link sharing, scraping or unauthorized distribution prohibited hai.
• Fake payment proof, abusive behavior, spam, hacking attempt, policy violation or suspicious usage par access hold/suspend/block kiya ja sakta hai.
• Admin/faculty course content, schedule, pricing, certificate rules, access duration, membership features and LMS functionality update kar sakte hain.

4. Course Access Rules

• Payment/enrollment verification ke baad course access student dashboard me activate hota hai.
• Lessons free, paid, enrolled-only, membership-based, drip-date based or faculty-controlled ho sakte hain.
• Live classes scheduled time par available hoti hain; link, recording, embed or status admin/faculty update karte hain.
• Access duration course/membership rule ke according ho sakta hai. Expired/cancelled membership me access stop ho sakta hai.
• Technical issue par verification ke baad access correction/support diya jayega.

5. Privacy Policy

Quantum Veda course delivery, payment verification, certificates and support ke liye necessary information collect/process kar sakta hai.

• Data may include name, mobile, email, login/session information, course enrollments, progress, lesson history, quiz attempts, certificates, notes, orders, invoices, support messages and audit logs.
• Data registration, login, course access, payment status, invoice/certificate generation, notifications, security, support and LMS improvement ke liye use hota hai.
• User data ko unnecessary third-party marketing ke liye sell nahi kiya jata.
• Payment gateway, UPI, WhatsApp, email/SMS and hosting providers apni policies ke according limited data process kar sakte hain.
• Security and abuse prevention ke liye IP/session/audit logs maintain ho sakte hain.
• User correction/access related request WhatsApp support par bhej sakta hai.

6. Payment Policy

• Prices INR me display hote hain. Admin offers, sale price and membership price time-to-time update kar sakta hai.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Quantum Veda digital course/LMS service hai. Course unlock/access ke baad refund normally applicable nahi hota.

• Duplicate payment, failed payment debit, wrong amount adjustment or genuine unresolved technical access issue admin verification ke baad consider kiya ja sakta hai.
• Wrong course selection, change of mind, personal schedule issue, live class miss, partial usage or content preference ke basis par refund guaranteed nahi hai.
• Refund request WhatsApp support par payment proof/order details ke saath raise karni hogi.
• Approved refund timeline gateway, bank, UPI provider and internal verification par depend karega.
• Misuse, fake proof, account sharing, content already consumed or policy violation cases me admin decision final hoga.

8. Shipping / Digital Delivery Policy

Quantum Veda courses digital products/services hain. Physical shipping normally applicable nahi hai.

• Certificates enrollment, course completion, quiz/result and admin settings ke basis par generate ho sakte hain.

• Fake, duplicate, unauthorized, shared or misused certificates cancel/hold kiye ja sakte hain.
• Progress, quiz attempts, notes and lesson history LMS records ke basis par maintained rahenge.

Quantum Veda content holistic education, personal transformation, wellness awareness and self-development ke liye hai. Yeh medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, mental-health crisis care, ophthalmology/eye treatment, legal or financial advice ka replacement nahi hai.

11. Intellectual Property

• Course videos, PDFs, notes, quizzes, images, LMS screens, design, certificates, branding and learning material Quantum Veda/respective creators ki intellectual property hai.
• Unauthorized copying, editing, resale, public posting, screen recording, sharing links, scraping or commercial use prohibited hai.
• Violation par access termination and legal action possible hai.

12. Limitation of Liability

Website/LMS reliable banane ki koshish hoti hai, but internet, hosting, payment gateway, browser, device, WhatsApp or third-party outages ki wajah se temporary issue ho sakta hai. Quantum Veda indirect loss, missed schedule, device issue, network issue or third-party platform failure ke liye liable nahi hoga, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
